The article deals with the matter of priority of russian people being accepted for job, considering an influx of foreign workers and the labour market competition. The author takes into account a fundamentals of law that encompass an employment provisioning of a migrants, and proposes an enhancements intended to support the employment of natives. Such guaranteeing rules are essential for the stability of a labour market, but protection measures are far from perfect
