FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: α-polyfluoroalkyl-α-nitroalkylamines and derivatives thereof are useful as agents for synthesis of compounds having biological activity of general formula: RFCHN(R1R2)CHRNO2 wherein RF is CF3,C2F5,C3F7,C4F9,C6 F13,H(CF2CF2)n wherein n is 1,2 or 3; R is H, C1-C4 alkyl or Ph; R1 is H,H•HCl,C(O)R3 wherein R 3 is H, C1-C6 alkyl or Ph; R2 is H; R1+R2 are phthalyl. Method comprises reacting polyfluorocarboxylic acid nitriles with nitroalkane sodium salts in 1,4-dioxane and then reacting with sodium borohydride and acetic acid in benzene at sodium borohydride to acetic acid ratio of 1: 0.75-1 to isolate products by well known methods. EFFECT: improved properties of the title compounds.
