Article addresses to the study of the origin and evolution of the Italian Fascist conception of the new European order. After coming to power of Mussolini and to 1932 Fascist Italy distanced itself from the liberal Europe. Its ideologues justify the uniqueness of “fascist civilization.” Since then, the Italian fascism was the claim to “universal fascist civilization” was created by “fascist international” and attempts to justify the “new European order fascist”.
