The results of the average temperature calculation by the ingot volume during the extrusion rod of a titanium alloy VT 3-1 is presented in the paper. The practical measurements of the deformation force from the press stamp movement in the hydraulic press force of 10 MN are produced. For the calculating the extrusion force is used the method of I. L. Perlin. To implement the developed interactive program named “Technological calculator to calculate the power-energy parameters of the extrusion” used.
