The study is carried out within the frames of communicative-discursive paradigm. The authors of the article address the objects of linguistic personology and substantiate the distinction in this paradigm of the discursive personality, distinguishing it from the linguistic personality and from the communicative personality. Two approaches to the study of the discursive personality are characterized: typological (description of linguocultural types) and individualized (analysis of the individual discourse of a personality). The authors formulate the parameters of description of the discursive personality, including linguistic proper, paralinguistic and extralinguistic features: the characteristics of institutional discourse, the image of a public personality; thematic priorities; typical communicative strategies and tactics used by the personality; interactive behavior, the model of interaction with the audience; linguistic means of influence and axiological modality means; phonational and kinetic characteristics. Based on the programs of the socio-political television talk show “60 Minutes” (editions 2017-2021), as well as on the viewers’ feedback presented on the forums, a linguoaxiological analysis of the discursive personality of the TV anchorwoman Olga Skabeeva was conducted. It has been shown that the concept of institutional media discourse makes adjustments to the communicative manner and sets the features of the discursive personality. Within the framework of the program, the following communicative strategies are relevant for the anchorwoman: dialogic, regulatory and manipulative (modal). O. Skabeeva often uses the tactics of conflict communication aimed at lowering the status of the communicative partner. In the course of the discussion, her typical style is “prosecutor-indictive” and the tone is aggressive-imperative. Skabeeva’s speech is characterized by irony and sarcasm, and there are practically no signs of trusting communication and dialogic tone. Television viewers differ in their assessment of the personality of the TV presenter Olga Skabeeva, which ranges from enthusiastic appraisal to absolute resent.
