The article deals with the Russian language dictionaries of derivational-semantic type. According to the authors' point of view, derivational aspect of lexis is represented there most fully, as well as its important part - derivational semantics. Its analysis is timely at the present stage of the linguistics development. The authors offer to complicate the typology of derivational-semantic dictionaries of the Russian language. They partitioned subgroups of derivational-semantic dictionaries of derived words, explanatory derivational-semantic dictionaries, derivational-semantic dictionaries of morphemes and family-of-words derivational-semantic dictionaries. The necessity of creation of the special derivational dictionary of word meanings is noted.
