The paper considers the information technologies applicability from two points of view on logistics processes: Fintech and traditional logistics. On the basis of the developed terminology, modern approaches to logistics processes are analyzed. In particular, it is determined that in traditional logistics, information technologies support cargo shipments, thereby automating the auxiliary processes of cargo transportation. Whereas Fintech treats information technologies as integral components of logistics services. A hypothesis on the Fintech applicability in logistics traditional for the Russian economics was formed. To test the hypothesis, models of the digital platform (as a Fintech product) have been developed and the possibility of its implementation has been analyzed. A corresponding formalized mathematical model provides a systematic description of crowd logistics interaction in the digital system of the sharing economy. The economic, technological and social aspects are presented in graphic form. The model relevance was verified throughout a pilot survey of Russian employed in various professional fields (finance, logistics, IT, other). The study confirmed the respondents' readiness to use digital platforms of logistics transportation. Thus, it is possible to coordinate Fintech services with traditional logistics in the medium term.
