The article is devoted to the organization and conduct of career guidance work with schoolchildren. The authors demonstrate the relevance of the use of practice-oriented methods relying on the classical studies of vocational guidance processes and the results of their own monitoring. Particular attention is paid to the innovative approach to attracting professional organization students, winners of the WorldSkills Russia championships, to conduct career-oriented master classes during exhibition and competitive events.
