The article discusses the main risks of coral-mining industry and provides qualitative assessment. In the issue the risk profile was built and the grades were assigned according to the risk impact in coral-mining business. Thus was revealed that he highest rank refers to currency, trade, pricing and political risks, which should be strictly taken into account during the elaboration of risk management policy at coral-mining enterprises.
