The article discusses the France’s modern cultural diplomacy strategy. This strategy is based on a the largest cultural network of 96 institutes and more than 300 alliances under contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs located in 161 different countries around the world. The author analysis the evolution and factors, inspired changes in France’s soft power strategy.
