SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and can be used to accelerate the recovery of the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in rats after hemorrhage, which is a model of posthemorrhagic anemia. To do this, the animals are administered intramuscular Mo72Fe30 – nanocluster iron-molybdenum polyoxometallate (IMP) of the Keplerian type [Mo72Fe30O252(CH3COO)12{Mo2O7(H2O)}2{H2Mo2O8(H2O)}(H2O)91]⋅150H2O. Administration is carried out in a dose of 0.15 mg/100 g sevenfold 1 time per day.
EFFECT: method ensures the acceleration of natural regeneration of erythrocytes by directional delivery of iron contained in iron-molybdenum polyoxometallates.
