SUBSTANCE: electric motor water cooling system includes a circulating hydraulic system, made in the form of a flowing tank connected by an annular pipeline, surrounding heated elements of electric motor, pump for water supply to vessel and water cooler at its outlet from vessel. Water temperature sensor is installed on pipeline section between reservoir and cooler, and water flow rate regulator. It is equipped with motor phase current sensor, the output of which is connected through a low-frequency filter to a frequency meter and parallel to the last smoothing filter. Unit for generating a signal to the power of "1.3", the input of which is connected to the output of a frequency meter, and the output is connected to the input of the first amplifier with a controlled amplification factor. Signal generation unit to degree "2", input of which is connected to smoothing filter, and output is to input of second amplifier with controlled gain factor. Direct input of comparator is connected to setter of maximum permissible water temperature, inverse—to water temperature sensor output, and output is to input of third amplifier with controlled gain factor. First three-input adder, the first input of which through the delay unit and the inverter is connected to the output of the third amplifier, the second input is connected directly to the output of the third amplifier, and the third input is directly connected to the output of the second amplifier. Second three-input adder, the first input of which is connected to the output of the first adder, the second input—to the output of the third amplifier, and the third input—to the output of the first amplifier. Pump is adjustable in efficiency, water flow controller is made in the form of pump capacity controller, and regulator input is connected to second adder output. EFFECT: technical result is faster operation of cooling system and, as a result, higher efficiency and durability of electric motor. 1 cl, 2 dwg.
