SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of semi-finished products by multichannel extrusion. Proposed device comprises container, male and female dies with forming surfaces. Besides, it comprises needle with side surface provided with lengthwise grooves alternating over length. Note here that female die forming surfaces are made up of grooves arranged opposite lengthwise grooves made on said needle. Female die forming surfaces and lengthwise grooves in said needle form circles in their cross sections.
EFFECT: reduced mechanical strain, higher reliability.
