We consider the problem of the crisis of educational and professional migration of students and graduates under the transition of post-industrial society to information society. In the post-industrial world, the nature of production and the main object of global competition has changed, which led to a crisis of professional mobility. Current ways of solving the crisis in question were developed and successfully applied in the industrial world. At present, there is an urgent need to create a modern model based on new management technologies and taking into account past experience.
