The article explores the marketing component of intelligent tourism. The general structure of universal intelligent tourism is to use cloud centre, geographical information system, internet technology, mobile internet, tourist service centre to create a standardized service and security management system. All informatised systems are linked by data to create a big data centre, so that the basic level informatisation can be realised, the government can control the tourism industry and products, the destination operating system and the government management system can be coordinated, achieving the goal of marketing for all, integrated government management, service localisation and safe operation for all.
