SUBSTANCE: what is offered is a method for producing paracetamol consisting in n-nitrosophenol recovery in ethyl acetate in the presence of the Pd/C-containing catalyst at hydrogen pressure 2.0-4.0 atm and temperature 20-50°C that is followed by acylation of formed n-aminophenol and end product recovery.
EFFECT: simplified technology and higher end product yield.
