In the paper the algebraic approach to formulation of action strategies is considered. It consists of 1) the system of basic elements (in our case, basic strategies), 2) the system of standard transformations and combination mechanisms, and3) approximation mechanism. The authors emphasize the system of postulates of routine modelling (which is carried out by standard methods without insight) and the system of basic strategies of routine modelling. The article demonstrates that any strategy of routine modelling can be presented as a combination of fundamental strategies described in the present paper.
