In connection with this the role of the migration of the population in the epoch of paleolith is analyzed. It is underlined that in the process of migration of the population had the genetic features that have emerged in the local population, at the broader population. The characteristic of three waves of migration of the prehistoric man from Africa and his moving on other continents of Earth is presented. Special attention is paid to human interactions with the environment. It is noted that the main directions of human adaptation to environment were carried out by means of development of culture. At the same time, continued their action and the biological processes for the selection and physical evolution. They were in many respects, not without the influence of geographical factors. Given the interpretation of two models of the geography of anthropogenesis – «replacement of the population» and «multiregional» models. They allow us to explain the origin and evolution of prehistoric man and his resettlement on the Land.
