In 2013 it is the 200 th anniversary since the beginning of the foreign campaign of the Russian army, which led to the liberation of Central and Western Europe from the power of Napoleon Bonaparte. Those events reflected not only the military power of Russia, but also the scale of the personality of the Russian Emperor Alexander I who put an end to the conquests of Napoleon, and thus played a special role in the fate of European nations.
