Description

The aim of the project is to study personal mobility as a predictor of professional health and psychological well-being of older people with different options for professional employment.

If we take into account the multidimensionality of the construct "personal mobility" (complex of individual properties, readiness for mobile behavior, type of life strategy) and a multicomponent composition of professional health (emotional, motivational, reflexive, activity components), the solution of the stated problem will be a complex conjugation model of the phenomena being studied. This determines the novelty of the project, because the problem of mobility as a predictor of professional health was not put in the general context, nor in the elderly, nor in different employment options. On the one hand, a social request related to raising the retirement age, on the other hand, the absence of theoretical comprehension and empirical data, determine the relevance of this study.
