Copper-based nanomaterials have been considered as another sort of heterogeneous catalyst in different chemical conversions. This chapter focuses the most convenient C-H bond activation reactions which were performed within the sight of copper nanoparticles or copper-based nanomaterials as catalyst. The substrate scope and the mechanistic pathway have been discussed. It has also been noted that the role of the ligand is crucial in preventing the aggregation of nanoparticles. The morphology of the synthesized catalysts has also been depicted.
