In conditions of socio-economic instability, it becomes extremely important to assess the potential of youth volunteer participation. The development of youth volunteering in certain regions has certain prospects, provided that its features and management specifics are understood.​ The purpose of the study is to develop the volunteer potential of youth in the region as an avant-garde community, as well as to develop a concept for managing youth volunteering in the region. Objectives of the research: 1. Assess the key characteristics of the community of young volunteers in the context of understanding the possibilities of social management. 2. To study the types of youth​ volunteering wide spreaded in the region. 3. To study the content of various types of youth volunteering in the context of opportunities to improve the social effectiveness of volunteering management.
